Customisation Options

All decoration is handled in-house. No outsourcing. Consistent application, quality-checked against your approved sample.

5.2 Screen Printing
Multi-colour prints on front, back, and sleeve panels. Plastisol, water-based, and discharge inks. Suitable for complex artwork and large logo areas.
5.2 Heat Transfer
Full-colour and photographic logos. Ideal for complex gradients and reflective applications. Compatible with synthetic and cotton fabrics.
5.2 Sublimation
All-over or panel sublimation for polyester garments. Ideal for vivid, edge-to-edge colour programs and custom patterned uniforms.
5.3 Fabric Options
Cotton, polyester, polycotton blends, ripstop, canvas, piqué, jersey, fleece, softshell, and hi-vis fluorescent fabrics. OEKO-TEX eligible options available.
5.4 Colour Matching
Pantone-referenced colour matching for fabric dyeing programs. Lab-dip approval step recommended for critical colour programs.

Custom woven neck labels, care instruction labels, size tabs, and logo heat seals. Branded zips, buttons, and cord pulls available for full private-label programs.
5.6 Size Range & Fit
XS to 5XL standard range. Specific fit blocks (regular, relaxed, slim, women's) available per category. Custom size blocks from buyer-supplied fit samples.
