Our MOQ varies by product. Most garments start from 50 to 100 pieces per style, per colour. Hi-vis and safety garments from 50 pcs. Outerwear and jackets from 60 pcs. Standard polos and t-shirts from 100 pcs. For customised or private-label programs, we assess MOQ based on the decoration method and fabric requirements. We are happy to discuss your specific volume needs before any commitment is made.

Sample lead time is typically 7 to 14 business days from the point we have your approved specifications, artwork, and colour direction confirmed. Counter-samples and fit samples are priced individually. Sample shipping is additional and can be arranged via your preferred courier or ours.

Bulk production lead times are 30 to 60 days from confirmed purchase order, depending on volume, complexity, and decoration requirements. Reorders for existing programs are typically 25 to 45 days. Lead times are confirmed in your proforma invoice before production begins.

We offer embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and sublimation for logo application. All decoration is handled in-house. Embroidery positions include chest, sleeve, back yoke, and collar. Multi-colour artwork is accepted. We can also produce custom woven neck labels, care labels, and size tabs.

Garments can be individually polybag-packed, folded to your planogram, or bulk-packed by style, colour, and size run. Branded polybags, hang tags, and custom carton labeling are available. Employee kit packing (per person) is also available for corporate programs.

We support air freight, sea FCL (full container load), and sea LCL (less than container load) shipments. We work with established freight forwarding partners and can nominate a carrier or work with your preferred forwarder. Trade terms available: FOB, CIF, and EXW.

Standard terms for new buyers are 30% deposit T/T on order confirmation, with the balance due prior to shipment. For established buyers, improved terms including 60-day net or Letter of Credit (L/C) are available on request. We accept T/T bank transfer and L/C.

Once your first order is approved and delivered, your spec — fabric, colour, construction, decoration, and packaging — is locked in our system. Reorders do not require re-sampling. Submit your quantity and size breakdown, we confirm the proforma within 24–48 hours, and production begins. Reorder lead times are typically shorter than first orders.

Yes. Send us your existing garment as a reference along with any Pantone or colour specification, and we will work to match fabric colour, weight, and construction. For critical colour programs, we recommend a lab-dip approval step before bulk fabric is cut.
