Quality Control

Every Unit.
Every Order.

Quality control is not an end-of-line inspection. It is built into every stage of our production process — from incoming fabric inspection through to pre-shipment verification on every completed order.

7.1–7.4 — Inspection Stages

The QC Process

01
Incoming Fabric
All incoming fabric and trims are inspected against approved specs — weight, colour, shrinkage, and construction — before a single cut is made. Non-conforming materials are rejected.
02
In-Process Inspection
QC checks are performed at defined intervals during sewing and assembly. Stitching tension, seam allowances, pocket placement, and construction details are verified on the line.
03
Decoration QC
Embroidery thread tension, placement accuracy, and stitch count are checked against the approved sample. Print opacity, registration, and adhesion verified before garments advance.
04
Final Inspection
AQL-based inspection on all completed orders. Garments checked for construction, measurements, branding accuracy, and overall finish against the buyer-approved sample.
05
Measurement Audit
Full measurement check against approved spec sheet. Each size run verified for key dimensions: chest, length, sleeve, waist, and inseam as applicable.
06
Pre-Shipment Report
A detailed QC report is issued before packing. Reports include defect classification, AQL level, measurement data, and photo evidence.
7.5 — Durability & Performance Testing

Built to Last

We test fabric and finished garment performance to ensure durability across wash cycles, wear, and working conditions. Our suppliers provide test reports on request.

Wash Durability
Colour fastness and shrinkage tested to buyer specification. Typically AATCC or ISO wash methods.
Seam Strength
Critical seam areas tested for tensile strength, particularly on work pants and coveralls.
Pilling Resistance
Fleece and knitwear tested for pilling resistance to confirm long-term appearance quality.
Reflective Tape
Hi-vis garments checked for tape adhesion, retroreflectivity, and alignment accuracy.
Colourway Matching
Colour consistency checked batch-to-batch using calibrated lightbox assessment.
7.6 — Quality Standards

Standards & Audit

ISO 9001:2015
Quality Management
Internationally recognised quality management system applied across our production facility.
EN ISO 20471
Hi-Vis
Compliance production capability for Class 1, 2, and 3 high-visibility garments.
